Founder of Childcare4sale and awarded Benchmark Business Sales highest selling agent nine times over the past decade, Lincoln Bridge specialises in the sale of childcare centre, businesses, freeholds, childcare investments, DA sites, turnkeys, and portfolio assets.
A business owner himself, Lincoln has been self-employed for over 20 years. Lincoln commenced commercial sales with Benchmark Business Sales back in 2004, going on to found Childcare4sale in 2006 which works in conjunction with Benchmark Business Sales.
Over the past 12 years Lincoln has focused exclusively on all commercial aspects of the childcare sector, an accomplished national childcare exist specialist having completed over 250 childcare centre transactions. Lincoln is also a Senior Advisor with Benchmark Corporate and works on special projects in the mergers and acquisition space in the $5m to $50m EV bracket.
Ethical, professional and with a no-nonsense approach, Lincoln has an unblemished reputation as a leading childcare specialist and actively sells in all States and Territories.
Given his time in the industry, Lincoln has developed stable relationships within the childcare sector. His connected portfolio of associates links Lincoln to a number of critical suppliers, lenders, valuers, lawyers and advisors within each state and territory.
Familiar with current regulations and legislation within the childcare industry, Lincoln has a solid understanding of the intricacies within this sector. He is also an avid member of; Childcare Queensland (CQ), Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA), Australian Institute of Business Brokers (AIBB) and REIQ.
Not only is Lincoln personally connected within the industry, his family still own and operate five centres in QLD and ACT and have done for over 30 years.
Lincoln’s mother Gwynn Bridge, former National President for Australian Childcare Alliance, was recently appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for her significant service to the community through leadership in the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC sector).
When he is away from work, Lincoln enjoys travelling with his family, dining out, and riding his motorcycle.
ANDREW URQUHART
For over 20 years, Andrew Urquhart has owned and operated small businesses, in a number of different industries across New South Wales. Andrews success in business stems from his driven perseverance and desire, leading with initiative, being self-reliant and having a strong need to achieve.
Andrew is an experienced negotiator, operating within the real estate industry for the last 10 years. Understanding the market from both a buyers and sellers perspective gives Andrew an edge in today’s market, having owned and operated businesses in both the childcare and the franchise newsagency sectors.
Childcare is one of Andrew’s particular specialties. Spending 8 years in New South Wales operating a childcare service has given him a very strong background in understanding the regulations and legislation that govern childcare and the ongoing daily business challenges.
Equipped with an extensive educational portfolio, Andrew is a certified MAUS advisor, has a Diploma in Community Services (Children’s Services) and an Associate Diploma in Business (Management), having also taught in early education for a number of years. He has a high level of professionalism and believes that success in business is based on trust, integrity and excellent communication and customer service.
When Andrew is away from work, you will find him living a very active life, enjoying fishing and golf, along with a healthy love for good food and wine.
