Lincoln Bridge is the founder of Childcare4Sale and one of Australia’s leading childcare business brokers. He specialises in childcare centre sales, childcare businesses, freeholds, childcare investments, DA-approved sites, turnkeys and portfolio assets.
A business owner himself, Lincoln has been self-employed for more than 20 years. He commenced commercial sales in 2004 and founded Childcare4Sale in 2006 to provide specialist brokerage services for the childcare sector.
Lincoln has focused exclusively on the commercial side of childcare for more than 12 years. He is an experienced national childcare exit specialist and has completed more than 250 childcare centre and property transactions across Australia.
Lincoln works with centre owners, approved providers, investors, developers and corporate acquirers. His experience covers centre ownership, childcare operations, valuations, market value drivers, buyer demand, sale campaigns and confidential off-market transactions.
Ethical, professional and direct in his approach, Lincoln has built a strong reputation as a childcare specialist broker and actively sells childcare centres across all Australian states and territories.
Over many years in the sector, Lincoln has developed strong relationships with childcare operators, corporate buyers, lenders, valuers, lawyers, advisers and other key industry contacts.
Lincoln is familiar with current childcare regulations and legislation and has a practical understanding of the operational and commercial issues that influence childcare centre sales. He is also a member of Childcare Queensland, the Australian Childcare Alliance, the Australian Institute of Business Brokers and the REIQ.
Lincoln’s family still owns and operates five childcare centres in Queensland and the ACT, with more than 30 years of sector involvement.
Lincoln’s mother, Gwynn Bridge, former National President of the Australian Childcare Alliance, was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to the community through leadership in early childhood education and care.
Away from work, Lincoln enjoys travelling with his family, dining out and riding his motorcycle.
ANDREW URQUHART
Andrew Urquhart is a childcare business broker with more than 20 years’ experience owning and operating small businesses across New South Wales.
Andrew has worked in real estate for more than 10 years and brings strong negotiation skills, commercial judgement and practical business experience to the childcare sales process.
Childcare is one of Andrew’s key specialist areas. He spent eight years operating a childcare service in New South Wales, giving him firsthand knowledge of childcare regulations, daily operations, staffing pressures, compliance requirements and the challenges faced by owners.
Andrew understands the market from both a buyer’s and seller’s perspective. His background across childcare, real estate and small business helps owners prepare for sale and helps buyers assess suitable childcare centre opportunities.
Andrew is a certified MAUS adviser and holds a Diploma in Community Services (Children’s Services) and an Associate Diploma in Business Management. He has also taught in early education.
He values trust, integrity, clear communication and strong client service throughout every transaction.
Away from work, Andrew enjoys fishing, golf, good food and time outdoors.
