Lincoln Bridge founded Childcare4Sale in 2006 and has completed more than 250 childcare centre and property transactions across Australia.

Having commenced commercial sales in 2004, Lincoln brings extensive experience across leasehold businesses, freehold investments, going concerns, development sites, turnkeys and portfolio sales. He works with independent centre owners, approved providers, investors, developers and corporate acquirers, managing both advertised campaigns and confidential off-market transactions.

Lincoln’s advice is grounded in a practical understanding of childcare ownership, operations and the factors that influence value and buyer demand. His family continues to own and operate childcare centres in Queensland, with more than 38 years of involvement in the sector. Lincoln also holds personal investments in childcare and remains actively involved in growing the family’s childcare investments.

Known for his direct approach, Lincoln helps owners assess their position, consider their exit strategy and identify any preparation needed before going to market. He guides clients through pricing, buyer qualification, negotiations and the commercial issues that arise through to settlement.

Over his career, Lincoln has built an extensive network of childcare operators, corporate buyers, lenders, valuers, lawyers and industry advisers. He is a member of Childcare Queensland, the Australian Childcare Alliance, the Australian Institute of Business Brokers and the REIQ.
